Enjoying the world God gave us!

For those of you that know me, you know that I love to travel. I love enjoying different cultures and what makes not only our own country unique but others as well...There is so much to enjoy in this world besides what is in our own backyard. Don't get me wrong, our own country is pretty incredible as well. I decided maybe I should open all of your eyes to the beauty that this world as to offer. I have decided to do a little research into the top 20 destinations of 2013. Every few days or so I am going to write about one or more different cities, that are the top cities you must see.

Note: Seeing how I haven't been to all of the cities I am going to be posting, not all photos will belong to me. When there is a city that I have visited, you will know.

The Courtauld Gallery is one of the finest small museums in the world. Its collection stretches from the early Renaissance into the 20th century and is particularly renowned for the unrivalled collection of Impressionist and Post-Impressionist paintings. The Gallery also holds an outstanding collection of drawings and prints and fine example of sculpture and decorative arts.

The Palace of Westminster is the seat of both chambers of Parliament of the United Kingdom and is located on the north bank of the River Thames in the City of Westminster, close to other government buildings.

The Churchill War Rooms, the underground headquarters of the British High Command. It served as the nerve center of Britain's war effort during World War II.

The Royal Opera House was built in 1732. This well-known theater is the home to the Royal Ballet and Royal Opera, which regularly features world famous stars and performances throughout the year.

And last but not least....
A must see in London is Big Ben. If you visit the breathtaking clock tower during the day, you also must view it once darkness has come over the incredible city of London.

Central Park extends from 59th to 110th streets between 5th and 8th avenues [Central Park West], Central Park is one of the iconic sights of New York City. While it may appear to be a beautiful natural area, be aware that it is entirely man-made except for the glacier scarred protruding rocks.

Top of the Rock is a 3-tiered observation deck on the 67th, 69th, and 70th floors of Rockefeller Center. The upper decks 260 meters above the street level you get a 360 degree view of New York City.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art is the largest encyclopedic art museum in the world under a single roof. Over 2 million art works from all periods and cultures are found in this collection.

Grand Central Stationed opened in 1913, and one of America's busiest terminals, Grand Central boasts a wide array of shops and restaurants to serve the more than 500,000 travelers who pass through every day.

Finally, the most difficult thing to miss when entering the city would be the New York Skyline.
