I have decided to start getting healthy. I know this is going to be difficult changing my whole diet. But lets face it an apple a day keeps the doctor away, right? The diet that I am doing is only three days so I will post each day what I ate and then let you know my results!
Day One
Breakfast:
-1/2 Grapefruit
-1 Slice of Toast
-2 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter
-Coffee or Tea
Lunch:
-1/2 Cup of Tuna
-1 Slice of Toast
-Coffee or Tea
Dinner:
-3 Ounces of Any Type of Meat
-1 Cup of Green Beans
-1/2 Banana
-1 Apple
-1 Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream
AND lets face it the best part of this diet is the Vanilla Ice Cream!
