Day 2
Breakfast:
-1 egg
-1 slice of toast
-1/2 a Banana
Lunch:
-1 cup of cottage cheese (I substituted this for a slice of cheddar cheese!)
-1 hard boiled egg
-5 saltine crackers
Dinner:
-2 hot Dogs
-1 cup Broccoli
-1/2 a cup of Carrots
-1/2 a banana
-1/2 a cup of Vanilla Ice Cream
Day 3
Well today has been a tad bit crazy so I didn't take any photos on my meals but I still wanted to post what I ate!
Breakfast:
-5 saltine Crackers
-1 slice of Cheddar Cheese
-1 small Apple
Lunch:
-1 hard boiled egg
-1 Slice of toast
Dinner:
-1 cup of Tuna
-1/2 of a Banana
-1 cup of Vanilla Ice Cream
I didn't have the exact results that I expected but this is a good start to begin my healthy living lifestyle!
